  • No transit visa is required if transiting through Calgary, Montreal Trudeau (Air Canada Flights only), Toronto Pearson (Terminal 1 only, cannot change terminal or transit through Terminal 3), Vancouver International or Winnipeg Airports to or from the United States within 24 hours of arrival while holding valid US visa and travelling on flights operated by Air Canada (including subsidiaries Air Canada Rouge and Jazz Air), Air China, Cathay Pacific, China Airlines, China Eastern Airlines, China Southern Airlines, Hainan Airlines, Philippine Airlines, WestJet, or Xiamen Airlines.
  • Need to departure from Beijing, Chengdu, Fuzhou, Guangzhou, Harbin, Hong Kong, Manila, Nagoya, Osaka, Seoul, Shanghai, Shenyang, Taipei, Tokyo, or Xiamen if travelling to the United States.
  • Need not to be under a removal or deportation order or staying in the United States longer than the authorized time if leaving the United States.
  • Visa is not required for permanent residents of the United States.
